Candied Sweet Potatoes Recipe Ingredients
Serves 6 (Double the recipe for more)

4 medium sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoon vanilla extract (1 tablespoon if you are using Brandy)
1 tablespoon Brandy (optional)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoon water
1/2 stick butter
