Naqshbandi is Based on 11 Principles. This is the Guidelines for the Shaykh's Curriculum for Teachings. First Principle is Hosh Dar Dam, Conscious Breathing. The Shaykh must Teach the Importance of The Breath and Dikr of the Breath.
