Despite investment growing from $15B in 2016 to $62B in 2020 and its massive disruption potential, deep tech is hindered by investment frictions. We estimate that it could exceed $200 billion by 2025 if a new investor model is mobilized into action. It is a unique opportunity for investors to play their role in the upcoming innovation wave.
