The humble Vada Pav and Pav Bhaji are two of Mumbai's most famous & popular Indian street foods in India; which can be found being served up everywhere you go in the Indian Sub-continent they are very popular menu items at most roadside stalls as well as restaurants in India, especially in Mumbai (Bombay).

A Vada Pav is Mumbai’s version of the great British Chip Butty, at Mumbaiker VadaPav their Vada Pav consists of a Bateta Vada in a soft bun (pav) with a squirt of the chef's special Coriander & Mint sauce + a squirt of their Tamarind (Imli) & Date sauce + a sprinkling of their very own red Sukhi (dry) chutney powder & then served up with a salted fried green chilli on the side. Call it a spiced up Vegetarian Burger if you wish.

Pav Bhaji is the absolute & ultimate comfort food, it's a spiced, buttery, lightly mashed mixed veg curry which is served with: Buttered & Toasted White Bread Rolls, Chopped Red Onion and a Wedge of Lemon.
