It sounds like a prerequisite of course, but security is a huge challenge for the banking industry. All banks, but especially Swiss banks, handle extremely sensitive customer data where a data breach has the potential to terminally damage a bank’s reputation. Customer data has to be secure, in every aspect of the customer lifecycle, no matter if the data is accessed on premise, at the customer or in any other mobile scenario.
