What to cook for dinner. Idea for dinner and lunch: baked fish, boiled cauliflower, green salad and potato salad.

Ingredients:
1.For fish:
Fish Seabass (dorado)
Spices for fish or salt, black pepper.
Vegetable oil (I use olive oil)
2. For potato salad:
Boiled potatoes in their jackets
Leek or red onion
Sumac
Salt
Vegetable oil
Lemon juice optional
Add all ingredients according to your taste.
3. Green salad (our go-to salad, we make it very often):
Large, juicy carrots 1 pc.
Lettuce salad - 1 bunch
Lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoons
Pomegranate sauce - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt
Add all ingredients according to your taste.
4. Cauliflower or broccoli
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt

Bake in an oven preheated at 180°C - 190°C for about 30-40 minutes. It is impossible to say the exact cooking time - it all depends on the thickness and size of the fish. The larger they are, the longer you need to bake them.
