In this video I show the main story of the ARPG "Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden". The story takes place at the end of the 17th century in the eastern USA, when colonists brought superstition and disease with them. You play as Red and Antea, two "Banishers" who try to exorcize people's ghosts. They are given the task of lifting a curse in a village and become entangled in tragic events in the process.

The makers of "Banishers: Ghost of New Eden" have previously proven with "Vampyr" and "Life is strange" that they are good at telling atmospheric stories. They have succeeded in doing so again, but there are also a few points of criticism: the gameplay is too repetitive for the fact that the game is very extensive, there is too much running around in unnecessarily large areas, too much backtracking, too little enemy variety, and items and battles that are too uninteresting. Less mass, more class would have been better.
