Gigafactory Texas on 25 August 2021! This is where the Cyber Truck and Model Y will be built!

Decided to try and get an early morning look inside while it was dark outside but lit inside ... worked out fairly well! We see a lot of furniture, equipment, interior finishing’s and more on the General Assembly structure 2nd and 3rd floors, and many interior walls and sectioned areas on the battery cell structure 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. We also see into the loading docks at what appears to be battery material handling platforms and a lot more equipment as well.

The west side of the General Assembly structure parking lots, loading docks, and charging systems seem to be cordoned off and possibly being prepared for permanent employee training and other activities related to initial pre-production activities inside.

Here are the highlights from today's video:
- We see more wall panels on the north end of the battery cell structure, roofing work around the HVAC cooling vent openings, and as mentioned, a lot of progress on all four floors inside. There is a new reinforced slab section being prepared for concrete on the north end as well.
- Peeking through the windows of the General Assembly structure, we see a lot of furniture, equipment and finishing details of the inner structure are nearing completion. More exterior wall panels are being installed past the triangular window section, heading to the south and the parking areas, loading docks and charging stations on the west central area are cordoned off as if to allow for employee training and pre-production work inside.
- The east side of the Body-in -White structure is getting more wall panels on the one remaining area next to the stamping machine structure and it appears window installation on the north end may resume soon. More trenching, utility installation and possible repairs are on-going on the east side as well.
- On the west side of the stamping machine structure, the metal wall studs filling in the removed wall panel area is almost completed.
- In the central area, we see two deep pier drilling rigs working and more excavation at the south end. The central steel structure is now fully covered with roof decking and final roof insulation materials are now staged on top!
- On the east side, we see the space frames are multiplying, with materials set out for more and crews actively setting up another one. One worker was also inventorying additional parts so it looks like more of these structures will be assembled soon.
- There continues to be road work, including curbs and line markings on the south and west sides, and the earthmoving at the south end of the water detention ponds continues, making great progress shaping this area.
- We see steel work in the "alley" area very close to the north perimeter grade beam, very nearly closing in this area. We may see the space frames/truss structures used here for the roof, but that is still uncertain at this time.
- In the casting machine area, we see steel columns and beams beginning to bridge the gap with the paint shop. A notable change is the presence of significantly less castings stored on the ground in the NE area. Roofing work also continues, with steel mesh being installed on the eastern section of the roof ahead of concrete pouring.
