There are of course much more things that could be said about Swedens maritime history since the viking age.. the Swedish vikings founding Russia, the adventures of Swedens naval hero Lars Gathenhielm, that Sweden was the first country in the world to serial produce ships, John Ericsson monitor, Sweden's dominance in producing the world biggest oil tankers and its globally succesful shipping companies... but I leave it to someone else to make that video. Not everything could be fitted into a short video that I wanted to make.
