Today I'm going to share with you 12 easy and healthy recipes using Hikari Foods' additive-free seasonings that my family loves to use.
Do you know Hikari Foods? It is no exaggeration to say that Hikari Shokuhin is a pioneer of additive-free foods in Japan and is no stranger to natural food fans.

Hikari Foods was established in 1946. Located in Tokushima Prefecture, Shikoku, Japan, the company consistently produces foods using only organic and domestically produced ingredients, without the use of additives or chemical seasonings, and making the most of the original flavors of the ingredients.
The company is meticulous about every single ingredient, from the place of origin to the production method, and its uncompromising approach to product creation has earned the company a large number of fans in Japan.

In this issue, we would like to introduce seven convenient and tasty seasonings from among the products we use every day. In addition to these products, we also introduce "Doubanjang," which is made with only domestic ingredients; "Grated Garlic," which is made with only garlic from Yoshida-mura in Shimane Prefecture; "Dried Bonito Broth Pack," full of rich flavor; and "Shisai" and "Mogami," the most picked ariake laver.
