If you struggle with lower back pain, you're not alone. Millions of people suffer from this condition every year. But there is good news! There are exercises that you can do to help relieve your pain and improve your posture.

In this video, I will show you 5 simple exercises that you can do twice a day (AM and PM). Each exercise takes about a minute, so you can complete the entire routine in just 10 minutes.

These exercises are designed to help you:

Keep your natural curvature in your spine
Strengthen your lower back and glute muscles
Improve your posture
If you have any pain or discomfort, stop the exercise immediately. And be sure to talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program.

Here are the 5 exercises:

Knee to chest stretch: Lie on your back with your knees bent. Bring one knee up to your chest and hold it there for a count of 30. Repeat with the other leg.
Cat-cow pose: Start on your hands and knees, with your back in a neutral position. As you inhale, arch your back like a cat. As you exhale, round your back like a cow. Repeat 10 times.
Bird dog pose: Start on your hands and knees, with your back in a neutral position. Extend your right arm and left leg out in front of you, keeping your back straight. Hold for a count of 30. Repeat with the left arm and right leg.
Superman pose: Lie on your stomach with your arms outstretched in front of you. Raise your arms and legs off the ground, keeping your back straight. Hold for a count of 30.
Bridge pose: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Raise your hips off the ground until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold for a count of 30.
These are just a few of the many exercises that can help relieve lower back pain. If you're struggling with this condition, I encourage you to talk to your doctor or a physical therapist about developing a personalized exercise program for you.

With regular exercise, you can improve your posture, strengthen your muscles, and reduce your pain. So what are you waiting for? Get started today!
