Yo internet. Here's a review of the massive Neewer 18" LED ring light bought from Amazon with my own pennies.

This is a solid entry level light for Youtubing, interviews and product shots. But whether you really love it or not will depend on how much you like the halo effect it gives in subjects eyes (not very well demonstrated in this video!).

*PROS*
- Decent light output
- Colour temp & brightness control
- Low price
- Position is highly adjustable
- Reasonable power-cord length
- Diffuser included

*CONS*
- Build quality isn't stellar (but it's adequate)
- No carry bag with this white model
