How to be free from all pain in meditation. We assume there is an "I" that is looking, that is perceiving this moment. This is the prison and the cause of all pain and suffering.

If we can allow this sense of "I" to be completely, then there is an awareness of the "I." This awareness is free of the "I." If we turn our attention backward into the essence of this awareness, there is Infinite Consciousness, Infinite Bliss that is free of all pain.
