Carmelita recently graduates from the Faculty of Social and Political Science in Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Communications with Public Relations concentration. Carmelita grew up in a society where she is expected to rationalize life events through her own looking glass. As such, she discovered fairly early in her journey that connecting the dots in her surroundings and learning how certain phenomena happen is her forte. Carmelita is the founder and director of Berkesah, a management consulting and coaching service provider as well as a self-help platform for Gen-Z.
