On July 14, 2014, a line of severe storms moved south through the Tennessee Valley producing 6 tornadoes numerous reports of wind damage, frequent lightning, and very heavy rainfall. Some of the storms reached as high as 60,000 feet due to the extremely unstable conditions. This is WHNT News 19's coverage of the event.
