A gathering with Shaykh Babikir Ahmad at the Islamic Centre of Brent (Cricklewood Mosque) on the 7th October, 2023. The gatherings take place every Saturday at 8PM. I’d highly recommend attending if you’re in the area. Shaykh Babikir is a Master in the Samaniyyah Order currently residing in London. He was born in 1950’s Omm Duran, Sudan and gained his religious education there. In 1978, Shaykh Babikir migrated to London and gave speeches at Regent’s Park Mosque. He was very close to Mawlana Shaykh Nazim during the latter’s frequent visits to London and received ʿIjazah from him. He also held ʿIjazah from Shaykh Salih al-Ja’farī and many more Shuyūkh. Nowadays, Shaykh Babikir runs Rumi’s Cave, a Sufī centre and community. May Allah bless him and reward his efforts. Amīn
