A former NSW Supreme Court judge expects Bruce Lehrmann will likely appeal findings that he raped Brittany Higgins in 2019.

On Monday, Justice Michael Lee found that on the balance of probabilities, Mr Lehrmann and Ms Higgins had sex in a ministerial suite at Parliament House, and that Mr Lehrmann did not care that Ms Higgins had not consented.
