Join me for this Full Body HIIT Workout with Weights to improve your strength and overall fitness. Grab your weights and get ready for a complete workout in just 25 minutes. Let`s burn calories and build strength at the same time!
By using a mix of bodyweight & dumbbell exercises, we'll engage all the major muscle groups in your body, resulting in a shredded and toned physique. I recommend using 3 kg dumbbells, but you can easily modify the weight to suit your fitness level.
Workout Breakdown:
Warm up - 5 min
2 Rounds Cardio & Strength 40 work / 10 sec rest - 20 min
Cool Down - 5 min
- FULL BODY HIIT

- NO REPEAT
