The Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupé establishes an all-round sharpened exterior design that clearly stands out from the AMG Line of the Mercedes-Benz series models. The independent exterior design language leads from the AMG-specific radiator grille to the bonnet, front apron and side design to the rear.

Its dynamism and temperament cannot be overlooked: the Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupé fascinates at first sight - above all the sporty and elegant coupé profile with its exciting lines. One of the most striking exterior features of the Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupé is without a doubt the AMG-specific radiator grille: with its vertical struts in shiny chrome and the clearly recognizable AMG logo, it makes it clear right from the start what you expect from a Mercedes-AMG exterior can expect.

As soon as you sit down in the Mercedes-AMG, you will recognize the characteristic AMG interior from the red color accents at first glance: starting with the red contrasting topstitching on the upholstery elements to the red seat belts.

The new generation of AMG steering wheels in nappa leather has optimum ergonomics for sporty driving manoeuvres. The steering wheels have a distinctive 3-spoke design, are flattened at the bottom and equipped with touch control buttons and aluminum shift paddles. The steering wheel cover with the charismatic "AMG" lettering provides the finishing touch.

he user interface of the instrument cluster with its high-resolution displays has been completely overhauled and given an AMG-specific design. In addition, content such as RACETIMER, the AMG start-up menu or the four different display styles "Classic", "Sport", "Decent" and AMG-specific "Supersport" can be selected.

It's not for nothing that the AMG Performance steering wheels with the optional AMG steering wheel buttons are reminiscent of Formula 1 steering wheels. They give your steering wheel a radically sporty design and allow you to operate specific driving dynamics functions quickly and accurately. The steering wheel buttons are ergonomically within easy reach - so your hands stay on the steering wheel. And thanks to the intuitively understandable functionality, your gaze stays constantly on the road.

The high-performance 3.0-litre six-cylinder in-line engine with dual turbocharging and an additional electric compressor as well as an integrated starter generator with a maximum torque of 520 Nm offers excellent acceleration and pure driving pleasure in the Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupé. In addition, the agile AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive ensures direct response and a situation-specific use of power.

The basis for the typical AMG driving dynamics is the electrified 3.0-liter engine with dual charging by means of an exhaust gas turbocharger and an additional electric compressor. The six-cylinder in-line engine has an output of 320 kW (435 hp)[1] and provides a maximum torque of 520 Nm. Its EQ Boost starter generator temporarily delivers an additional 16 kW (22 hp) and 250 Nm[1] of torque and also feeds the 48-volt on-board electrical system.

[1] Information on nominal power and nominal torque according to Regulation (EC) No. 715/2007 in the currently applicable version.
The AMG ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL specifically compensates for rolling movements and optimizes the lateral dynamics during dynamic driving manoeuvres. The result: more precision and agility as well as the typical AMG driving experience.
