Squat Variations for Beginners teaches you two simple yet effective variations to the front or back squat. The squat is a great compound, lower body exercise that has loads of benefits which include muscle and strength building , boosts metabolism and promotes fat loss, and can increase cardiovascular fitness( to name a few).

This video teaches you two easy variations to get started if you are unsure of the proper technique of squatting. The squat is a great exercise to build muscle strength and endurance, prove athletic performance and boost metabolism and function. However, compound exercises that use multi- joint movements such as the squat, can be difficult to execute efficiently, if there are biomechanical or neuromuscular dysfunction. These two variations target both the quads and the glutes differently due to the angles of the hip and spine.
