I'm coming to the end of this rebuild but before I do the front suspension needs work. There is easily an inch of slop laterally between the front two tires. All sixteen bushings in the double A-arm suspension need to be replaced. The four spindle bushings need it to. I already installed a few zerk fittings in a previous video.

As a cheap upgrade/repair this changed the performance the most. It was just too sketchy ride the way it was.

I used the 'new' style bushing available on coolster.com. Doing so meant a little tweaking to make things fit but I suspect it was ultimately the better options as the 'old' bushings still needed the metal washers which were worn and split. I haven't been able to find replacement washers for A-Arm Coolster bushings.

You'll need 8 bushings per side per for the A-Arms plus another 2 for the spindles. If you're doing the whole front end that means you'll need 8+8+2+2 or 20 bushings total.

Ultimately I re-used the existing ones on the spindle and discarded them for the A-arms
