蟲草花蒸紅瓜子斑

材料:
紅瓜子斑1條 (約1斤)
蟲草花孢子1兩
薑1小舊

處理:
1. 魚,打鱗,清除內臟,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,放碟上。
2. 薑,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切絲,放魚上。
3. 即將蒸魚的時候,才洗乾淨蟲草花孢子,揸乾水,加入糖1茶匙,撈勻,鋪在魚的旁邊。

烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸魚10分鐘。
3. 蒸好,淋上滾油及生抽。
4. 完成,可享用。

Steam red flag grouper with cordyceps

Ingredients:
Red flag grouper 1 No. (About 1 catty)
Cordyceps 1 tael
Ginger (small) 1 No.

Preparation:
1. The fish, get it scaled. Remove intestines. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. Put on plate.
2. Ginger, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Get it shredded. Put it on top of fish.
3. Put cordyceps on top of fish when it is about to steam. Squeeze it. Put in a bowl. Add in 1 tsp of sugar. Mix well. Put it besides the fish.

Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the fish at high flame for 10 minutes.
3. Steam well. Pour hot oil and light soya sauce on top.
4. Complete. Serve.
