If you're confused whether the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro are a successor to the Galaxy Buds2 or Galaxy Buds Pro lines, you're not alone! But the current pricing of these of new earbuds from Samsung, most people seem to be interested in knowing the difference between the Galaxy Buds2 Pro and the older model, Galaxy Buds Pro. Even Samsung themselves compare them with Buds Pro in the sense that they advertise that now the Buds2 Pro are 15% smaller in size than the Buds Pro model.

So aside from the obvious, the size difference, I went all in for many days and recorded some interesting observations about both of these earbuds that I talk about more in the video; things like the difference in the eartip sizes, the tip or the nozzle of the earbuds, comfort level, audio quality, running test to see if they fall out, and mic test in a windy environment. There are more similarities than differences between these two models and that's why it might make it hard to choose between the two. After all, if they're are very similar, why would you want to pay so much more to get the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro? So for your reference here's a list of pros and cons of both of these earbuds that I've discovered during many days of using them both (these are my own opinion about them and I do not give any direct recommendations, but I hope you find them useful):

Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro

Pros
===================
- Great design
- Good battery life
- Lightweight and comfortable
- Quite small size and good comfort for short-term use
- Premium feel
- Bluetooth 5.3
- LE Audio (late 2022)
- 24 bit audio
- Wireless charging case
- Great bass
- Good passive noise canceling
- Very loud and pleasant to hear separation of low & high frequencies
- Can be used as active/sport earbuds
- Amazing customization via the Galaxy Wearable app
- ANC function even when only one earbud used!

Cons
===================
- Can potentially cause a mild ear fatigue for some people when used long-term
- Not so great ANC
- Weak noise suppression of the mics
- Poor fit (differs from person to person)
- Wind pass through
- No real wind noise suppression

Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro

Pros
===================
- Great design
- Lightweight
- Cheaper pricing (at the time of publishing this video)
- Wireless charging case
- The ambient mode volume can be adjusted up to +20dB
- Good bass
- Good mics
- Amazing customization via the Galaxy Wearable app
- ANC function even when only one earbud used!

Cons
===================
- Ear fatigue can happen quite fast
- Smudge easily
- Sound quieter than the Buds2 Pro
- Not so great PNC
- Not so great ANC
- No touch control settings
- Not good for an active lifestyle (they might fall out)
- Weak noise suppression of the mics
- Poor fit (differs from person to person)
- Wind pass through
- No real wind noise suppression
