一蛋戚风蛋糕

20g 低筋面粉/蛋糕粉
10g 油
15g 牛奶
1个 蛋黄(用加大号的鸡蛋哦,一个鸡蛋带壳的重量是60~65g)

1个 蛋白
几滴 柠檬汁
15g 糖

模具是直径是12厘米的。也可以使用普通4寸模具😀

海氏烤箱上火150C ,下火140C
烘烤35分钟。

出炉倒扣放凉,再脱模。挤上加糖打发的鲜奶油摆上水果就完成啦!

One Egg Chiffon Cake

20g low-gluten flour/cake flour
10g oil
15g milk
1 egg yolk (use extra-large eggs, the weight of an egg in shell is 60~65g)

1 egg white
A few drops of lemon juice
15g sugar

The mold is 12 cm in diameter.  Ordinary 4-inch mold can also be used😀

The upper heat of the oven is 150C, and the lower heat is 140C
Bake for 35 minutes.

Take it out of the oven and let it cool before demolding.  Squeeze the sweet whipped cream and place the fruit on it and you're done!
