Victor Trees is a researcher with the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute and Delft University of Technology and studies the effect of solar eclipses on cloud cover. It turns out that certain types of clouds dissipate quickly and early on during an eclipse. We asked Victor about his research in advance of the April total solar eclipse.
