The exact same as I expected. She is FINE. And with investment, Florabelle will do EXACTLY as expected: Function like any other invested damage dealer in game. I do not want to hype up a character like Florabelle and bait people into pulling day one if I don't see incredible potential. I think she will have her uses, but for right now, I do not think F2P players or low spenders should be getting her.
