Me. Migen Dibra is the Montreal Bar Award Recipient for Excellence in Civil Law (2003) and Specialized in Civil and Common Law

She is member of Quebec Bar, and she is affiliations were numerous organization such as Women in the Legal Profession Committee of the Montreal Bar, Consulting Committee of Businesspeople of Carrefour, Interuniversity Research Center on Labour Globalization, to mention a few.

She has been Chair of FLOGEN SIPS Law Symposium since 2011

She is an excellent, all accomplished and successful lawyer equally in academic field, in court related research and guidance field as well as in litigation field. She is also a great speaker in international forums and conferences.

In the academic field she has published numerous peer review articles in well-known law journals around the world. Her 2016 PhD thesis is a magnificent contribution of 761 pages long to the right of employees during mergers and acquisitions with an additional comparative study of Canadian Federal and Quebec Legal Framework with that of European Union and United Kingdom respectively. The title of the thesis in English is: "The Right of Participation of Canadian Employees During Restructuring of Enterprises: The British Legislative Framework as a Source of Inspiration for Canada and A Comparative Law Study: Quebec, Canadian Federal Legal Framework, European Union, United Kingdom". In court related research and guidance field, one of her successes is the preparation of a Complete Guide of 129 pages for the judges of the Court of Appeal of Quebec, the highest court in Quebec, Canada, entitled: "The Single Judge of the Court of Appeal of Quebec and a Guide of his/her functions" (In French:" Le juge unique de la cour d'appel at un guide de ses fonctions" a guide that is used by the judges of the Court of Appeal in their daily work.

In the litigation field she has pleaded successfully in several cases in front of all instances of the Quebec courts, including, Quebec Superior Court, Quebec Court of Appeal, and other administrative courts to mention a few. A highlight of her successful pleading and wining in all instances in Quebec Superior Court, Quebec Court of Appeal, Quebec Labour Relations Board of the following case against a team of numerous Law Cabinets together, a success that that got echoed in the Montreal Gazette, the biggest daily newspaper in Montreal Island.
