I made chocolate chip cookies this time.
I baked a large cookie dough at a high temperature to make soft cookies.
Ingredients for 4 cookies
-100g unsalted butter
-80g sugar
-2 pinches of salt
-1 egg
-Vanilla
-160g flour
-3g baking powder
-100g chocolate + 20 g
-50g roasted peanut
Bake 220℃/428°f for 15 to 20 minutes.
