1 cup granulated sugar
8 tablespoons butter, softened
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 cup dark chocolate, chopped, optional
3/4 cup brewed coffee
1/4 cup Bailey's Vanilla Mint liqueur

America Buttercream
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. crisco or shortening
3 T. Bailey's Vanilla Mint liqueur
1/2 t. pure mint extract
4 c. powdered sugar
