Cathy Wood is still fighting it out with Resolute. But, I think it may just be a LOVERS QUARREL.
As I discover more about this "Hostile Takeover" I become more Bullish on Ark Invest. It turns out that Resolute may not actually be trying to take over Cathie Woods company. It is more likely that they are using their takeover option as a bargaining chip to maintain their exclusive distribution rights.
