So, what can we do?

The first thing I recommend is asking your doctor or health care provider for the following tests as things can shift and change as we go into this phase of life:

-Thyroid (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, TPO, TG)
-Ferritin
-Vitamin D
-B12

Another thing is to make sure you’re well hydrated. Exercise and move daily. And eat as many nutrient dense foods as possible. All of these can have an impact on your energy levels.

But most importantly be patient with yourself and give yourself the time and permission to take it easy. Your body is changing, recalibrating, so rest, relax and recharge when you feel you need to.
