With a cheap junkyard part and a computer running Forscan you can upgrade your Ford Explorer's boring factory stereo to HD radio and even add Satellite radio. You will need a windows computer to run Forscan and a OBDII adapter. The part number for the ACM I used in this video is JB5T-19C107-HA, which is listed for 2018-2019 models. GB5T-19C107-CF should work on 2016-2017 models.
2011 should use part number BB5T-19C107-CS.
2012 should use part number CB5T-19C107-CB.
2013 should use part number DB5T-19C107-GD
2014-2015 will use EB5T-19C107-JA
