DUNE 2 is a stunning cinematic achievement, and we have a spoiler-free review. Christy and Alonso were both blown away by Denis Villeneuve's film and liked it even better than the first "Dune" from 2021. The script from Villeneuve and Jon Spaihts, based on the Frank Herbert novel, finds Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) searching for purpose after the fall of his royal house and stepping into his prophesied role as messiah. Co-starring Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Austin Butler, Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, Christopher Walken, Florence Pugh and Léa Seydoux.
