NAR rule changes & the future of buyer agency. Changes are coming to the real estate commission model. If you aren't in the loop, there are several class action lawsuits threatening the classic real estate compensation structure. NAR has only recently announced they are adjusting this rule, and we will see how things play out.

Not only did I want to discuss the rule change, but I wanted to examine what happens if we're looking ahead to a world where buyer agents are not compensated by the seller. I think there could be some positives to go with it. In this video, I'm listing three ways that change could benefit real estate professionals.

Are you a real estate agent? I love to connect with my Youtube viewers -- many of whom have become great friends & referral partners.
