Course: Making the Difficult Decision to Breakup or Divorce- Staying (Session 4)

 Published On Feb 8, 2024

Deciding whether or not to breakup or divorce our partner is undoubtedly one of the hardest decisions we’ll ever make in life. This decision can come with a great deal of emotional pain, fear, sadness, anger, betrayal, resentment, guilt to name a few. And no matter how bad your relationship is and no matter how much pain you may have caused each other, the decision to leave sometimes isn’t any easier.

I’m psychologist, Dr. Traci Moreno. If you’ve found yourself in this situation and struggling to make this decision, I invite you on a psychological and spiritual journey with the goal of being able to make a decision… a solid decision. A decision not based in fear but based in love… love for yourself and your highest good

This course is structured like a series of therapy sessions. You’ll need pen and paper for some sessions for guided exercises or “Therapy Homework” so that you can apply the information to your own situation.

Session 1: No Means No
In this session, you’ll be able to process why you should stay or why you should leave your partner. You’ll need pen and paper to go right into the “Therapy Homework” after this session.

Session 2: It’s About You
Learn how to harness the confidence, courage and strength needed to make this very difficult decision and how to make it without fear, guilt or regret. You’ll need pen and paper to go right into the “Therapy Homework” after this session.

Session 3: Leaving
You’ll need a quiet, comfortable place to listen to this session, as Dr Traci guides you through an intuitive exercise to be able to experience what it would feel like to leave your partner. You’ll need pen and paper to go right into the “Therapy Homework” after this session.

Session 4: Staying
You’ll need a quiet, comfortable place to listen to this session, as Dr Traci guides you through an intuitive exercise to be able to experience what it would feel like to stay with your partner. You’ll need pen and paper to go right into the “Therapy Homework” after this session.

Session 5: Differentiating Ego from Intuition
With the two opposing thoughts that coexist in our mind, it’s crucial to know where these thoughts are coming from. In this session, you’ll be able to differentiate the ego, which speaks from our fears, doubts and insecurities or our intuition, which speaks from Love and Truth. You’ll need your “Therapy Homework” from session 1 for this session.

Session 6: You Already Know
You’ll need a quiet, comfortable place to listen to this session, as Dr Traci takes you on an intuitive journey to receive the guidance and answers you’re looking for.
