On February 8, 2018, at approximately 0700 hours, two search warrants were served at The dispensary, located at 2561 University Ave (Patient First Choice) and the owner’s residence was located in the City of El Cajon off of Greenfield Drive. These search warrants resulted in the seizure of 28 pounds of high-grade marijuana, over 600 marijuana edibles and concentrates, $1600 in cash, and two firearms. The owner, Hisham Hanna (Age 55), was arrested and booked into jail for possession of marijuana for sale and operating a business without a permit.
