This talk gives those somewhat familiar with blockchains conceptually a deeper understanding of Polkadot's "Layer 0" vision and function of a "relay chain". We will dive a bit deeper into how Substrate {a modular framework to build blockchains} fits into the picture to empower blockchains to join in Polkadot's vision as parachains.
