On our way to Bali, we took an overnight halt in Bangkok, Thailand & explored the local markets of Bangkok.

Delhi Airport - We had a flight at 10:30 am in the morning but it was late by 2:30 hours so, Indigo Airlines provided us a food coupon of the value of Rs 700. We had Mysore Dosa & Filter Coffee at the Airport.

Date of Journey - 15th March 2024

Air fare - 18k on indigo from Delhi to Bangkok
Bangkok to Bali for 16th march Batik air - 13500 per person.

Bangkok Airport - After 4:30 hours of flight journey we reached the Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok.

To boost tourism and attract more Indian visitors, Thailand, last year, declared a visa-free entry policy for Indian citizens starting from November 10, 2023, to May 10, 2024. But yes you should have your return tickets with you.

After reaching Bangkok Airport we moved towards our Homestay which was 4 km from the Airport.

Homestay name - View D Airport Residence - We booked our homestay through Airbnb for 1 night at View D Airport Residence in Bangkok.

Tariff - Rs 2,220 without food for March 2024

After this, we booked a cab from the Grab app & proceeded to the famous market of Bangkok.

Cab Charge - 250 THB (565 INR)

Jodd Fairs Market - We travelled around 24 km from our homestay & reached the Jodd Fairs Market, this market is famous for the different types of food eateries.

Pad Thai Noodles - We had Veg Pad Thai noodles at one of the eateries of the market.

Cost - 120 THB (270 INR)

Mango Sticky Rice - After this, we explored the markets & found the cart selling Mango with sticky rice with coconut milk, this was really great in taste. If you are coming to Bangkok you should not miss this.

Cost - 100 THB Large (230 INR)
80 THB Small (180 INR)

After this, we booked our return cab to our Homestay & ended our day
