I've had a Tesla swap project on my mind for quite some time but it was never with a sport performance drive unit, I was just going to get a front motor and call it a day. But luckily enough I was bidding on a Model X in Rich Rebuilds backyard. After wining it I had a nightmare shipping it half because of IAAI not doing what they said they were going to do and the other half issues with actually being able to get in touch with a driver and not just a broker. But after a whole lot of time and storage fees I was able to get her home and luckily enough the drive unit and a whole bunch of other parts are still good.
