Construction began on a high-speed rail that should take riders from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in about two hours one way. The private company building the bullet train expects it to be completed by 2028. Pasi Lautala, the director of Michigan Tech University's Rail Transportation Program, joins CBS News with more.
