Words are powerful. By saying just the right words, we can put people in a state of bliss, as the expression goes, "on cloud nine." A simple smile or kind word is sometimes all that is needed. At the other extreme, we can say just the right words that can send someone into a violent, hysterical rage. These are trigger words.
