We had a nasty storm here this morning with 2.6 inches of rain inside of a couple of hours. This was the result. Part of the reason this flood was so bad is because we have had nearly 7 1/2 inches of rain just in the past 2 to 3 weeks here, so the ground is saturated.all of the rainfall is just running off.
