Synopsis: Led by Detective He Buke, the police station of Jingcheng City has been investigating the Yue Cheng gang's drug trafficking case, but there's little progress due to the lack of evidence.
One day, He Buke caught Yue Cheng at a murder scene and brought Yue back to the station. The murderer killed Luo Xiaolan to retrieve an expensive diamond necklace with the password to all crime evidence and the cash flow of the Yue Cheng gang on it. With Luo Xiaolan dead, Luo Xiaomei is the only one who knows where the necklace is.
The police want to charge Yue Cheng with intentional homicide
and find the evidence of his drug trafficking and other crimes so they can take down the criminal gang once and for all.
Luo Xiaomei won't cooperate with the police at first due to her greed, bringing the investigation to a standstill.
