I'm not convinced our automotive future should be all EV and I think Dakar gives us hope. Last week Audi secured their first Dakar win with Carlos Sainz Snr standing on the top step of the podium for the first time. The ground breaking Audi RS Q e-tron Dakar car has a unique powertrain and it got me thinking. Can we take developments like that into road car and other transportation use cases to help with the drivetrain mix of the future ?
