Soy Sauce
Can be used to sautee your favorite veggies or anything you would like to put a umami twist to!
Curry Powder
-Sprinkle on veggies, toss and roast.
-Sprinkle in plain greek yogurt. Stir in a tablespoon of vinegar. Delicious sandwich spread!
-Add some curry powder to your rice, right before cooking for extra flavor.
Curry Paste
-Heat some oil in a pan and sautee some curry powder, add in coconut milk and rice noodles. Toss in some veggies previously sautéed in soy sauce. Stir and serve.
Coconut Milk

-You can add coconut milk into your smoothies and replace any dairy with coconut milk for extra flavor.
Lemon & Olive Oil
-Cook any fish or poultry in olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Allow to cook through. Remove. Squeeze lemon juice over and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
-You can also use lemon and olive oil as a salad dressing replacement. A healthy and delicious option.
Fried Egg
-You can put a fried egg over a salad. Break the yolk and mix in.
-You can place a fried egg over any stew or soup.
-Place over avocado toast. Breakfast of champions!
Toasted Bread
-Butter your pan and drizzle in a bit of olive oil and toast your sandwich on both sides. Simple and won’t let your bread get soggy.
Sugar
-If something is too spicy just sprinkle in some sugar to adjust.
-You can add sugar into spice mixes too!

Sriracha
- Put sriracha on whatever you want. If you’re into spicy foods, it will make anything taste amazing!
