Unfortunately I did the teardown/diagnosis 4-5 months before I had time to finish it. In that time, I must have deleted/overwrote the footage of that part, so I went ahead and posted this partial video. You can use the re-assembly for disassembly if needed.

Anyway, phosphor was replaced, I bought a new Christie OEM lens and there you have it, a nice working super bright WUXGA large venue projector. https://www.projectorcentral.com/Chri...
