I am at a service call where I am told the ac blows warm air. I find this air conditioner not turning on. First I find the condenser is locked out by the phase monitor. I check all legs of power to verify the three phases are correct. I reset the phase monitor fault. The system still doesn’t start. I open up the compressor compartment and push the high-pressure safety switch. The compressor kicks on yet the condenser fans don’t start. Then I find the fuses are blown and replace them. then the ac starts cooling again
