A quick update on our long term owner review of a 2022 Mazda 3 Carbon Edition Sedan FWD. At 25 thousand miles, we provide an update on the paint condition and fuel efficiency. The bigger news is the debut of our new long term tester, a 2023 CX-9 Grand Touring trim. While not the shiny new CX-90, the 9 is shoved along by the 2.5 liter 4-cylinder turbo, which you can also find across Mazda’s lineup in the Mazda3, CX-30, CX-50, and CX-5. The heavy 9 makes a great way to test out daily life with and reliability of Mazda’s popular turbo engine.
