With Kraven on the hunt and Dr Connors missing, time is running out for Spider-Man. We start this mission playing as MJ, who has mistakenly been taken to an abandoned zoo whilst she was snooping around in the back of a Hunter van. Armed with only a stun gun and her wits, MJ sneaks through the secret hunter base and discovers that they already have Dr Connors locked up. After finding the code to Connors' cage and the key to his shackles, MJ is confronted by Kraven himself who immediately injects Connors with a serum that will inevitably turn him into the Lizard. A few moments after this, Peter Parker and Harry Osbourn show up to save MJ and the doctor but it seems to be too late, and Peter sustains an injury which he may not recover from...
