♣ Temperature for frying
* Fry at 170℃/338℉ (How to check proper temperature 02:34)

♣ Ingredients (about 25ea)
** 1cup(250ml) & 1Tbsp(15ml) ** I wrote measuring cup measurement as a service, but I use and recommend ‘g’ measurement. *

▷tofu ±220g
▷sugar 100g (1/2cup)

▷egg 1ea (about 50g)
▷oil 20g (20ml)

▷all purpose flour (or cake flour) 240g (1+1/2cup+1Tbsp)
▷baking powder 8g (2tsp)

▷milk ±120g (120ml)
(Important) If you use soft type tofu what has moist much, you might need about 80g of milk. I used firm tofu and 120g of milk in the video.
(Important) The amount of milk required depends on the amount of moisture in the tofu used, so make sure adjust the amount of milk by checking the dough consistency.

Option) extra sugar to coat the surface

💜 How to keep it
* Put in a food container and store at room temperature until the next day, and store in the refrigerator from the 3rd day after making it.
* I’d recommend heating them up in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds, when It’s cooled down.
